Get the job done, but cost is a little high.
I really like these exercise rollers. They have decent size wheels so I don't have to worry about my knuckles hitting the floor while using them. There is low resistance which can be both a good and bad thing, but I think it helps maintain smooth motions. I've used them a handful of times and definitely felt it the next day. Only part I will say is a little iffy is the price. A pair of these for almost $30 seems very high for a few castors attached by a tube. They do well for what they were designed for, just a little too pricey. Maybe less expensive ones don't move as smoothly, I don't really have a good benchmark. I'm glad I have them and they work great, but I'm not sure I'd recommend them at this price point.

    This is a super simple exercise tool yet feels very challenging and is good for both beginners and more advanced users. The dumbbell shape is comfortable to hold and the bar is very well cushioned so it is comfortable when you are gripping (and supporting a lot of your body weight) while rolling. This is a great ab and core exercise – it feels stable yet there is no resistance to the roll so you really have to use your body to control your position and movement.

    This set had nothing in the box as far as manual, instructions or example uses. Thankfully a quick internet search brings up lots of ideas on how to utilize these properly, but it would have been nice if some starter info was included. One other thing I wish I could change would be if these each weighed 2 or 5 pounds, still lightweight but could be multipurpose as small dumbbells.
