Muy buena
BrittM –
easy to use
This is an small workout gadget. It did not come with instructions on how to assemble it or how to use it, but it seemed relatively straightforward, although I could have still done something incorrect and wouldn’t know it. I’ll have to do some internet searching for how to use it appropriately. It doesn’t have a lot of resistance to it, so it seems to be fairly gentle and easy enough for a beginner to use.

Works but not a gym-grade product
This pelvic floor trainer does what it says. The adjustable resistance is a nice touch, and the counter helps you keep track of reps without having to guess. It’s lightweight and comfortable enough for quick workouts at home or even the office. The materials feel a bit on the cheaper side, so I wouldn’t expect it to last forever, but it gets the job done for basic toning and postpartum recovery. Four stars for function and design, one star off for build quality.
