How do I take Wellbel, and does it need to be with food?

Wellbel is a once-daily dose of 3 capsules. Take anytime, ideally with food for best absorption.

Capsules are easy to swallow, or you can open them and mix into a smoothie or yogurt.

How long does it take to see results?

Results typically take 3–6 months with consistent use. Some notice less shedding or baby hairs

in 1–2 months. A brief, temporary shedding phase may occur at the start as hair shifts into a

new growth cycle; this is typically normal and short-lived.

What is the difference between Wellbel Women & Wellbel Women+?

Wellbel Women+ includes similar ingredients to Women, plus added copper, zinc, vitamin K2,

stinging nettle, and higher saw palmetto and MSM for hormonal support. Use Women+ for

perimenopause, menopause or beyond; Women for ages 18+ pre-perimenopause.

Will the biotin cause breakouts or acne?

Wellbel contains 500 mcg biotin for hair, skin, and nail support—much lower than many

supplements. High doses may contribute to breakouts, stomach upset, headaches, or affect lab

results. No extra biotin is needed; consult your provider if concerned.

Can I take Wellbel if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?

We don’t recommend supplements during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless directed by your

healthcare provider due to limited research on how vitamins, minerals, and botanicals may

affect breast milk or a nursing baby.
