Love These for Light Workouts and Wrist Weights
I love these Tone Fitness Ankle and Wrist Weights. I mainly use them as wrist weights, and they are perfect for light exercise when I just want to get my body moving without doing anything too intense. it’s well adjustable, easy to use, durable feels pretty comfortable on the ankles/arms, and the weight feels normal. only issue is, it likes to slip down my ankles/wrists (sometimes), unless i basically cut off circulation.

Feeling the burn with these babies. You can use them on both ankles and wrists and the price point is great! I’m sorry not sorry but you will not find me spending $50+ on those new trendy 1 lb bracelets these are perfect and fit my budget.
