Smell good
The smell is so good and it makes me feel more calm. I don’t have problem sleeping but this just makes the whole room smell good which make me happy!!

I like this essential oil and it lasts a while. The only thing is it comes out of the bottle quickly. It’s not just one drop at a time, it’s a couple so sometimes the smell can be too pungent. I wish you could only use one drop at a time. Other than that, I like it and it seems to be relaxing using it before bed.

Does not smell good
Unfortunately, this oil does not smell very good to me. The smell is overwhelming and makes it hard to relax. The amount of oil in the bottle is good for the price, but the smell just didn’t work for me.

Good Quality Blend, Not Particularly Restful For Me- I added Peru Balsam Which Helped
I always use different blends to help me sleep. I change them up now and then, and I thought this would be a good one.BOTTLEThe bottle this comes in is sealed well. The cap fits tight and the reducer dropper inside dispenses well.BLENDThe blend is definitely similar to another blend I have which helps me sleep. It is lacking a bit for me though. I added a bit of Peru Balsam and Vetiver to make it work better for me.QUALITYThis blend does seem to be of good quality and appropriate for diffusers. It was not diluted with carrier oils, and it does not have any residue smells like some oils do.THE BOTTOM LINEAlthough this is a nice oil, it was not until adding more vetiver and some peru balsam that it helped me sleep better. I do like it and will use it.MY RATINGFOUR STARS. This works pretty good, but better with what I added. It is good quality though and I would recommend it. What works for me might not work for you, but this is worth a try.

I have been using this product and the lava stone for the office environment. It really does the job to make you more relaxed and focus on work
