Comfortable and practical everyday option
These are comfortable and feel well-made with soft fabric that’s gentle on the skin. They fit nicely and stay in place throughout the day. The absorbency is good for light to moderate use, and they’re a convenient backup or alternative depending on your needs. Easy to wash and reuse, which is a plus. Overall, a practical and super comfortable option.

I have bought these over and over and over!
I lost count of how many times I’ve bought this underwear. I so rarely ever review anything anymore. But these are worth sharing. I use this underwear for minor incontinence. These are the single most comfortable underwear I’ve ever worn in my entire life. Not only is the leak-proof material not at all irritating, but the breathable material and the fit are almost indescribable. I think I probably have at least ten pairs by now, and I would not be surprised if I end up with another ten so that I never run out, even though these are definitely built to last. Washing them in cold and I let them air dry. Never stop making these!

Great fit, very comfortable, washes well, would repurchase
I like these. They’re very comfortable. The anti-bloat fit is awesome. I haven’t got to use them yet during a full flow. They arrived as it began to taper off but they do work great for lighter flows. I’ll update later when I try for a full flow.I’ve washed them 3 times and dried them on a very low setting, though the instructions say air dry. This didn’t affect them. They’re still in perfect condition as if they’re brand new. Im interested in buying another pair.There’s a lil tag in the package that says “free gift” but there is no free gift. Spoiler: the “free gift” is $5 off a product from the brand’s site. It’s definitely not worth it because with shipping alone plus taxes you don’t really get a discount. 🤷🏽♀️ This is misleading. Pixiecup should just be upfront that you get $5 off instead of advertising a free gift.

Best period underwear!
I’ve been searching for the best period underwear and these are it! To clear things up, they are NOT 100% cotton, I don’t think it’s possible to make period underwear with only cotton unfortunately, because cotton wouldn’t stop blood from leaking through. But the gusset, the part that is in contact with the vulva IS 100% cotton and that’s what counts! And they do explain this if you actually read about this product.The important thing is these work, like for real. My period isn’t super heavy, but it’s like average heavy and I have yet to have any leaks even on heavy days. I also change them out and as often as I would a tampon or pad otherwise they will obviously get gross after a while. Use them as intended and you will not be disappointed!Plus, I love the stretchiness of them, I’m really sensitive to things digging into my stomach and these don’t at all! Absolutely genius design, thank you very much whoever invented these. Pretty much true to size, if in doubt size down because they do have that stretchiness. Will be slowly ordering more as money allows!

Actually good product
Was skeptical, but these were actually comfortable, not overly bulky, and most of all no leaks.I dont have super heavy flows like some people, but love this as an alternate to tampons/pads or cups. Will likely buy another pair to have on hand. Not sure if I would totally replace old school methods, but they definitely come in handy on road trips and plane rides.Did not notice any strong smells while wearing or after but duh – change daily and it wont be a problem.Read the washing and care instructions on these. Sizing is similar to VS panties so match that if wondering on what size to get.I wish they made more styles.

nice, but no front coverage
very comfortable underwear and they fit just fine, however the gusset is way too far down in the underwear for me. there is a lot of back coverage but hardly any for the front. these are a great price and i really like the material. i have not had the chance to use it for my period yet, however with the gusset being further in the back i can imagine i would leak from the front.

Leak resistant and comfortable!
I love these period underwear so much! They are so comfortable, not bulky in anyway, leak resistant even on heavy days. They have the perfect amount of stretch and are easy to wash. I rinse them and keep them in a wet bag hanging in my bathroom. I do run them in the wash with a little Tide and in hot water, then I air dry. I have ordered a few so I have a few clean pairs for each day. I recommend these to my friends because it’s comfortable, more sustainable and environmentally friendly, and they are just great.
