assortment of 9 very different varieties, mostly low-caffeine, some contain stevia or licorice root
We got the the “Relax Tea Gift Set”. This set is an assortment of 9 different tea flavors, 5 bags of each, individually wrapped. The tea flavors are very different, ranging from a matcha blend that has some kick to it to a chamomile “calming” tea that can knock you out if you brew it too strong. The teas are good quality and flavorful. Unfortunately, the ingredients for each flavor are printed only on the box, not the individual tea bags and there are no caffeine levels printed anywhere. Some of the teas contain stevia, a non-sugar sweetener that some people may have problems with. Some of the teas contain licorice root that may cause health problems in some people.
