Instructions For Use:
Apply your favorite skin creams or lotions (if desired) to the roller head and then roll on skin.
For Face: Press the roller head gently onto your skin and roll in a single, stroke, upward and outward from the center of your face/neck toward your hairline or outer region of your face/neck.
For body: Press the roller head gently onto your desired body part and roll the head in a single stroke, back and forth, starting from the top and rolling to the bottom.
You should roll over a single area three to four times before moving to the new area.
After each use be sure to wipe down the unit with a warm, wet cloth and soap. To dry, wipe with a soft cloth and then place the head back in the freezer.
This product can be used anytime of day.
