    Good Resistance Without Being Too Hard

    Great Concept, Poor Execution
    The “360° rotation” and “ergonomic design” suggest you can use this in various positions to target different muscle groups. However, while the concept is good, the actual user experience is incredibly awkward and uncomfortable. I really wanted to like this, but it’s simply not practical for regular use. I do not recommend it.

    Great mobile resistance exercise device.
    This is a multifunctional plastic exercise device that builds yours muscles through resistance.Amazingly, even though it is touted to be the thigh master it has demonstrated a superb ability for building muscle in your upper chest, arms, and legs. The first time I opened it up and tried it I was tired after only eight repetitions. I assume this device would be very good for postpartum women as it’s excellent on the pelvic floor as well as all of the abdominal muscles. It does have an easy counter that can readily be cdThe value on this is high if you use it. The price point is very moderate.
