I've had this a week now, so I'll update if my review changes. But so far, I can't say enough good things about this. I feel so much better. My husband is probably getting tired of hearing about how much I love it. :o)
This is my second pregnancy, and this time around, I have aggravated asthma and persistent coughing that led to a strained lower abdominal muscle. I was strongly advised to get a pregnancy support belt, so I purchased the Soft Form Maternity Support Belt, Universal Medium. It was helpful and nice. Two weeks after I bought it, I developed a diastasis recti — a separation of my front abdominal muscles. (This is actually very common, and can easily be checked for at home — just Google diastasis recti.) The Gabrialla belt was recommended to me for the diastasis, so I made the purchase. I wasn't happy to be purchasing a second belt during one pregnancy, but I'm so glad I did.
Diastasis or not, I think this belt is far superior to the Soft Form belt. (Nothing against the Soft Form belt, though — it was good in its own right.) It really does support my back, which is terrific when I'm lifting my 32-pound toddler. I love how snugly I can wrap it, tightening the back stays once it's on. It almost feels like a sports bra for my abdomen. I can take long, brisk walks again. The belt helps with the abdominal strain that led to my initial purchase, but that's being addressed in a few different ways by my doctor, so I can't say how much the belt had to do with that recovery. It's undoubtedly preventing further injury, though. The one-piece construction is simple and quick to put on. I actually wish I'd had one during my first pregnancy. I didn't have any special abdominal or back concerns then, but I do know that I slowed down as the belly grew, and having this extra support would have kept me exercising longer.

Immediate relief, easy to use
Twin pregnancy here. Heading into 6 months. Back and pelvic pain has been worsening daily. Just got this belt today and I immediately felt relief from my back and pelvic pain upon wearing. It provides a really comforting hip squeeze and supports good posture. I will be using it daily when I’m standing/ walking/ moving around. Not recommend for sleep or prolonged sitting, though if I’m I am just sitting for a few minutes I’ll simply loosen the pull straps and it’s still comfortable. Really adjustable, should fit for rest of my pregnancy, make sure you measure yourself like they recommend! I’m really glad I got the 99 with max support. I like that this version is cotton lined and you can’t even tell I’m wearing it under clothes. Price was better here than on companies website. Highly recommend.

Sizing was really hard to guess, but the quality was there
I was working pushing around garment racks/doing apparel floorsets and in my third trimester when I bought this. I was starting to have back problems because of the type of work I was doing and my softening ligaments so I figured I’d try this out to help. I didn’t get to use this because the sizing wasn’t right for me. I’m a pear shaped person more on the slender side. I tend to measure closer to 50″ by my love handle/hip region and 34″ by my waist/rib cage area so admittedly fairly disproportionate. Thanks to the larger of my measurements I went with an XL to accommodate my still growing belly. Unfortunately, because of my pear shape this belt extended far too high into the still RELATIVELY slender portion of my body and didn’t fit properly. I still probably could’ve sized down for my lower half, but that wouldn’t have fixed it not fitting my upper half. Just from handling the product though I can tell you it was good quality and put the nice support pressure on my sore achy body that I was looking for. I took one star off not because of the awkward fit(that’s no fault of the product), but rather because of how large it is; it would’ve been difficult to wear under clothes, unlike some other models I have encountered. That wasn’t a feature I needed as many people wear the back supports over their uniforms at work, however its always a plus in case I want to wear it out and about without completely cramping whats left of my pregnancy style. 🙂 I would definitely recommend this band based on quality so long as you’re not extremely pear shaped or interested in concealing it under your clothes.

Extremely Supportive and Comfortable
AMAZING! Loved this pregnancy belt, and have even used it occasionally to keep pressure off my pelvic floor postpartum. I’m 5’3” and was pregnant with a 9lb 7.5oz baby so I needed all the support I could get while chasing my toddler around and this did the job! It was easy to put on and adjust to the right support level, and seems like it would fit a wide range. I had a Motif belly band during my previous pregnancy and this one was SO much better. If you want a discreet pregnancy belt that no one can tell you’re wearing then this isn’t the one for you, but if you don’t care and just want maximum support this is the one!

won’t regret it!
I purchased the GABRIALLA Strong Support belly band hoping for significant relief from my pregnancy-related back pain. While it does provide a noticeable level of support, I found it wasn’t a complete cure-all. It helped, but I still experienced some discomfort. The band itself is quite sturdy, which is great for support, but it can also feel a bit bulky under certain clothing. I also had some trouble getting the right level of tightness initially – too loose and it didn’t do much, too tight and it felt uncomfortable. It definitely requires some adjustment to find the sweet spot. It’s a decent product for strong support, but manage your expectations for absolute pain relief and consider how it will fit with your wardrobe

Fantastic support. I have been suffering from horrendous lower back pain and am 24 weeks pregnant. Before this arrived I was struggling with walking and day to day tasks. I read a recommendation for this support in a pregnancy article and was at first a bit unsure due to the price. However after only one day’s wear I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this and it is worth every penny. I have tried other support bands but they have nothing on this.

Good fit and easily adjustable. Great for running or gym classes.
