Disappointed
To be fair I didn’t take the time to read the dimensions of this product before I bought it. It was very narrow, which made it really hard to use comfortably. I’m a little over six foot tall so this might work fine for a person with a smaller frame. I did like that it had four wheels and it seemed to be fairly sturdy.

More like a related species…
…than an evolutionary enhancement of the traditional ab roller. I still have one of the original models, but rarely use it. Still, in some respects it is superior to the new species. All the variations on the original design feature a single large roller, with perpendicular outboard handles. Most evolutionary “advancements” use a wider wheel, but keep the orthogonal handles (though some look more like a beaver tale than a padded shaft running through the wheel). I like the latest designs a lot, and use them as a regular part of my work out.As can be seen from the product photos, this new species uses four small wheels, one at each corner of a formed plate. The small wheels are high quality, with decent bearing and a rubber like strip at the periphery of the wheel itself. This makes them very friendly to vinyl and hardwood floors, but their comparatively tiny diameter causes them to drag on pile carpeting or thicker gym mats. So your satisfaction with this unit is going to depend on the surface you are running it along. Had it had larger wheels, I probably would give this a 5 star rating, but since this is limited with respect to type of flooring, I still give it a strong 4 stars.

I’ve watched videos and the used the little flier with pictures that came with the Ab Roller. The model makes it look easy. There will be no video of me using this roller, LOL. I definitely feel my abs getting a workout. Hopefully I won’t be so awkward the more I use it and my motions will be fluid. The motions are pretty straightforward. I’ve used it on my hardwood laminate floor and the wheels are smooth and no damage to my floor. The roller is made out of formed plastic and it is smooth and the handles are comfortable to hold.

Don’t buy. This item will not work as intended. The seat will not go in a straight line to work your abs are any part of your body. It will zig zag, so I gave it to my kids to play.
