Do I have to use distilled water in my Facial Steamer SPA+?

Although the Facial Steamer SPA+ can use regular tap water, we highly recommend using distilled water to reduce mineral buildup in the unit. Mineral buildup can lead to less effective treatments and general wear and tear.
