Amazing
This valerian dream tea is amazing ! I have both panic anxiety disorder and trouble falling asleep.Anyways this tea is very high quality looking and beautiful. The smell is so yummy especially for containing valerian root. which is known to be super stinky. I have no clue what the amount of valerian is in it but the taste is very yummy I didnt need to add any sweetener to it and about an hour after drinking it…. I can report it makes me a little sleepy. But more surprised in that it relaxes and calms me down a lot which is perfect to go to sleep… I really reccomend it.

I was diagnosed with Insomnia at 15 years old. After 16 years of daily, high THC marijuana use to help my sleep I decided to quit as I wanted to live my life without this crutch. The rebound insomnia from this withdrawal is brutal to say the least. I have many times not been able to quit from the fear and anxiety of not being able to sleep during the withdrawal period.The difference this time, I simply accepted the fact that next few weeks is going to be rough. I really liked this tea. I had valerian root before and i always hated the smell but for the first time, I can say I actually thought it smelled good! My past experience with valerian root was it stinks but it’s good for sleep. Not anymore! The quality is great and it looks fresh. I love also love that it’s in biodegradable tea bags. I will definitely buy again!

This tea did actually really relax me. I appreciate the baggies being biodegradable and not microplastic releasing. Don’t leave the teabag in too long.

Good Tea, but Small Quantity
I really enjoyed Valerian Dream. From the moment I opened the container, the aroma was delightful. The tea has a gentle licorice and mint flavor that’s soothing without being overpowering. Whether it was the tea or just the perfect timing, I definitely felt more relaxed after drinking it, making it a nice addition to my evening routine. I will be purchasing this product again. The only downside was the size—I expected a larger bag, but it arrived in a small tin. I’ll be sure to pay closer attention to the quantity listed on my next purchase.

Product was good however my stomach had adverse reaction with valerian root tea. It causes lot of acidic buildup and had to take 5 day course of antibiotics to come out of it. People with weak stomach need to be careful about while using valerian root tea
