    Great tool for expanding the mind
    Absolutely love this! It has made getting back into the habit of journaling more with the general prompts and a space for expanding on anything.The material is soft to the touch, the paper is thick and only shows faint shadows of bleeding.The 🖊 pen is similar to the value of a pen you would find on the desk in a hotel room or lobby but does look nicer.The ribbon is a nice addition, but both elastic straps for the pen holder and around the outside fell off in 5 minutes of use. I assume its a fluke this time so I would give it a second chance if it went back on sale again.

    My therapist suggested a book like this and ever since it’s been so helpful and nice! It’s perfect for my journaling and the prompts really make you think twice about your issues. Super easy to use and honestly it’s worth every penny! Even came with a nice little pen with it!

    Very nice journal
    I really like this journal. It gives me the ability to write, and look at my day through the lens of my eyes but also through the eyes of others. I love that it also gives me an area for free writing. I love the paper, the hard backing, and the place marker and the elastic band that keeps the journal shut. For the money this is a great journal. Still has enough prompts to help you, but still gives you freedom to write freely. Highly recommend especially if you are near the beginning of your journaling journey.

    Not a bad journal; just not right for me
    This would be a great journal if it had more room to write the answers to the prompts. I don’t mind the repetitiveness of it at all and the prompts are very helpful in sorting out the racing thoughts that seem to hijack my mind on a daily , sometimes hourly basis.I don’t quite understand the Habit tracking page. It has an area to track habits which is useful but then above it, you are asked to list things that cause stress. It would have been nice to have a couple of months worth of habit tracking and not half a page.I’ve been practicing CBT for a while and it does work if you take the time to work it.This would be a great journal for someone who is unfamiliar with CBT but not so much for someone who has incorporated it into their regular self care.TLDR: giving this three stars because I don’t think this journal is horrible and would be helpful for someone who is just beginning their CBT journey. Me , I think I’m going to buy a blank bullet journal and use this journal as a guide to create my own prompts and trackers that gives me the freedom to write as much as I want.
