Soft Spott Vagunal GelAt 45 years old and perimenopausal, I am unfortunately experiencing lady part dryness. I have tried a number of supplements, gels and suppositories – all with varying degrees of effectiveness. I had the opportunity to order and try soft spott’s Vaginal Gel. This gel advertises being “America’s First Amla Superfruit + Hyaluronic Acid Intimate Gel with Xylitol® & Betaine® for Hydration, Comfort & Elasticity”. This is confusing, because according to the packaging it’s made in India. Looking past that, this is a travel size 2.02 ounce bottle that is cute in design and has a flip up top to squeeze the gel out of. Getting the product out of the bottle is incredibly hard as the small bottle is made of very thick and sturdy plastic. Once you get a small amount out, it’s a pretty amazing moisturizer. A little goes a long way, and this unscented gel is pretty magical. Of all the products I have tried, this has the most immediate and natural effects. The lubrication that it provides feels exactly what my body would produce on its own and leaves my lady parts feeling soft and smooth. The instructions call for applying and waiting 3-5 minutes and that was easy to follow. It made for a fantastic and comfortable evening of adult time. This gel is unscented and inlcludes great ingredients like hyaluronic acid Xylitol, and Betaine. I apprecite that it is fragrance free and designed with PH balance in mind. I love that it is free from hormones, parabens, phthalates, and petroleum. The price tag for this is on par with other similar products, but I think this one surpasses others I’ve tried in quality and performance. I think $24.99 is reasonable, and this bottle will last a while since a little is all it takes.

Where do I start, this is a holy grail for me. 10/10.I followed the instructions and… wow. No one warned me how hydrated and comfortable I’d feel. My dryness is related to hormonal issues, and I’ve tried several products that only gave temporary relief, but this has lasted much longer for me.When applied, I notice a warm, slightly tingly sensation at first, which I assume is part of how it works. It hasn’t been uncomfortable for me, just something worth noting.My only criticism is the application can be a little awkward because of how and where it needs to be used. I do wish it came with an applicator or tool to make it easier, although I’ve managed using clean fingers.Most importantly, it leaves me feeling genuinely moisturized and hydrated, rather than just temporarily coated. I also haven’t had any negative reactions or irritation, which is a huge plus. So far, the ingredients seem reasonable and the product has worked beautifully for me.

I found it to be very similar to a hair gel in terms of consistency. It is completely fragrance free and has no artificial colors or weird smells which is important for such a sensitive area. The blend of hyaluronic acid and amla superfruit feels very hydrating and gentle. A little really goes a long way and you only need a pea size amount for each application. It provides immediate relief from dryness and the effects last for about 5 to 6 hours before you might need to reapply.The packaging is small and discreet which is nice for privacy or for tossing in a bag while traveling. However I found the bottle itself to be quite difficult to use. The plastic is very firm and requires a lot of grip strength to squeeze the gel out. If you release the pressure too quickly it tends to suck the product back into the bottle which can be frustrating. It would be much better if the bottle was made of a softer material because it really challenges your hand strength.Regarding the sensation some people might feel a slight warming feeling upon application. I did not find it uncomfortable but it is something to be aware of if you have very sensitive skin. It is probably a good idea to do a small patch test first to make sure your body does not react to the glycerin or other natural ingredients. I found that it caused no burning or discomfort and it feels like it mimics the natural moisture of the body very well. The ingredients are totally natural and the product is gynecologist reviewed so it feels like a safe choice for daily comfort especially during menopause.One thing to note is that this product is made in India. For those who want full transparency about manufacturing locations this is clearly stated on the package. At a price of around $35 it is a bit of an investment but the quality of the ingredients like xylitol and betaine justifies the cost for many. It does not leave any residue or stain on clothing which is a big plus for a daily use product. Overall it is an effective way to restore comfort and hydration without using harsh chemicals or heavy perfumes.

If you have sensitive skin, you know the ‘burn’ some lubes can have. Soft Spott is the first gel I’ve used that feels completely soothing. It’s fragrance-free and has a clean, clear formula that doesn’t cause irritation or mess up your pH. Spott On gel is a great solution for dryness in your most sensitive area. It has perfect viscosity for the application, fragrance or colour at all. I haven’t felt any burning or stinging sensation but its not to say it can’t happen. I suggest testing a small area first.As for packaging, the bottle is slightly larger then the palm of my hand and is made of a rigid plastic. PRO-TIP: Squeeze from the bottom 😉All-in-all, Spott On is great to relieve dryness, without oily or greasy residue. I recommend.
