Decent workout
This was a decent work out! I liked it better with the added resistance band. I used it by lifting my hips in a thrust and that improved the workout.

I ordered this thigh trainer to help with pelvic floor muscle strengthening. I have had two babies and thought this could help strengthen and tone.When you originally received this product it will come disassembled. It is easy to put together and only takes a couple of minutes. There is an instructional video on the posting if needed as the directions are not in English.This came with an exercise band as well. However, since I cannot read the directions I am unsure what they recommend for the placement of the band when being used with this item.While this item does have fairly good resistance, I am not sure if that is something that can be adjusted or not. There are two pink dials on either side that do move but I am unsure what they do. Again, having directions in English would help alleviate some of the confusion.This trainer is lightweight and the padding is comfortable. It does have it included counter with two reset buttons. I have noticed that it doesn’t always track unless it is fully compressed and the two sides touch. This causes the plastic to make a clicking sound which is somewhat annoying.The main reason I gave this item three stars is because I feel like there are some additional exercises or functionalities that I am missing but could use if I were able to understand the directions. I would like to know what the pink gears do as well as how they recommend using the band.Overall this is fairly cost-effective piece of equipment at less than 20 bucks but I feel like it could be better or utilized differently if they provided directions in multiple languages and an explanation on how to use the band with the exerciser.

I chose the Chrov Thigh Trainer Kegel Exerciser because I am getting up in age and wanted to get ahead of certain age related issues. I am not impressed with this trainer. It is very small and doesn’t sit properly in place while using. The plastic has warps in places and doesn’t appear very durable. The digital counter also only seems to track one rep for every 4 done. There are no instructions provided in English so there is no trouble shooting guide provided. Please keep shopping for a better product. This is not a good value.

Simple, lightweight
Great product that makes doing some exercises much easier. The digital screen is helpful although not necessarily needed. Package comes with adhesive pads to attach to curved smooth surface. Not sure how well or how long it will remain on. The instructions were written in a different language so understanding was non-existent. The pictures showing ways to use, were helpful, however, can’t help but think I’m missing more that’s included in the instructions. The pad is somewhat awkward to position since it is one curved size and making leg or body part wedged in and stay positioned is tricky. Otherwise, the device is a nice color, lightweight, and somewhat easy to use on arms if not for leg exercises.
