Thoughtful shopper –
I would recommend.
Good little journal. It makes me take time each morning and night to prepare and reflect on the day. Its a good item to make you slow down, take time for yourself and to hopefully change your hectic routine and help you to start incorporating changes for the better and understand what is stressing you and when. Its not technical, very simple to use and not overly long. It hits the major points for a a day without tons of commentary.

The layout makes it easy to reflect without feeling overwhelmed, and the prompts encourage honest self-awareness. The Journal You’d Love
I love accountability journal’s. I like that I can clock my moods and it ask different questions each day, so I’m not being asked the same question on every page for me to reflect on. It’s a great tool for me to use when discussing my thoughts with my therapist.

A Journal Like This Can Be A Simple But Powerful Tool
I love this journal. It has lifted my spirits in more ways than I expected. I deal with depression, anxiety, and a lot of heavy thoughts at times, and having a place to put those thoughts on paper helps more than I can explain. There’s something about writing things out that really helps the mind slow down and process what’s going on. Instead of everything spinning around in my head, I can get it out on paper and breathe for a moment. It gives me space to reflect, clear my thoughts, and work through what I’m feeling. If you’re someone who struggles with anxiety, depression, or just has a lot on your mind, a journal like this can be a simple but powerful tool. Sometimes the small habits, like writing your thoughts down, can make a real difference in your mental and emotional well-being.

Wish it was spiral bound – Needs Tweaks
This is good but to be great it needs tweaks. First: spiral bound so it would lay flat. The pages are thick stock so great for sharpies or other markers. The binding is strong but because of this and the thick stock doesn’t lay flat so it gets hard to write. Second: having more space to journal free-form would be helpful to put down on the number of journals maintained.
