I am a US size 10. When the package arrived, the bag said 2x. I was initially concerned but they fit perfectly. I purchased them as an alternative to Thinx and they work perfectly. I find they absorb leaks when combined with a pad or tampon, even on my heaviest days and at night. They aren’t thick like some other brands. You don’t feel as if you’re wearing a diaper. I rinse them as soon as they come off and wash them in the machine. I hang them to dry. They come clean and still work after several washings. I would reccomend this brand as an alternative to or a backup for traditional disposable products.

These panties are a lifesaver! There is a padded crotch in these panties that are really intended as period underwear, but I have found them beneficial for leaks. I do pilates several times a week and have found that some positions when I work out make me leak a little. This is very embarrassing but with these padded panties they catch any leaks and save me from a noticeable wet and smelly crotch!
